Stop Spam Tips

There is this spam that I get like 10 times a day and I have no idea how to stop it. It is something pharmacy discount or whatever. I don't want to click on it since it could screw up my computer. How do I stop this crap? Fine, well does anyone know of an email app with a really good spam filter? It already does go to my spam filter. I use aol. I just hate it because I am always looking in there since craigslist stuff goes in there too

charactor keeps sending spam emails different ways, I quit hotmail in hopes of getting rid of him, but to no avail.

At first I thought it was spam but I started to read them and they were real people. They were also very upset claiming I was sending them harassing emails through my account, but I haven't sent anything! Is anyone else having this problem? I have even gotten very belligerent emails from angry people. This has to stop. Please, if anyone else is having these problems or knows any information regarding this let me know! I am getting spammed with emails from this newsgroup and i dont know how to stop them because they are in Arab. They come from all different email addresses so i cant just block one. Any help would be appreciated.

I noticed this morning before work that my hotmail email account was being spammed and was sending out spam messages to my entire contacts book. I know the address that was sending the message. What can I do to prevent this from happening. I left my computer on at home with the virus scanner running a full scan, and yes I turned off my net connection so it wont happen again while its doing this? What else can I do to stop this? Is it something as simple as changing my password or something?
