Resolved Question: How do I stop emails re: request to join yahoo groups?
I am getting emails daily that indicate I requested to join adult webcam groups. I did not request any of these and they instruct me to ignore if I didn’t request it. But there is no option for getting off the lists. And I have kids that I don’t want to accidentallyly open these. Everything I read doesn’t help me at all. Anyone have a solution? The following is a sample of the many emails that don’t go in the spam folder due to the Yahoo Groups URL.
We have received your request to join the HotAdultWebcamGroup01
group hosted by Yahoo! Groups, a free, easy-to-use community service.
This request will expire in 7 days.
TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE GROUP:
1) Go to the Yahoo! Groups site by clicking on this link:
http://groups.yahoo.com/i?i=deflswwjjl1zcbsldu3wigcydw3nuvk1&e=hammenx6%40sbcglobal%2Enet
(If clicking doesn’t work, “Cut” and “Paste” the line above into your
Web browser’s address bar.)
-OR-
2) REPLY to this email by clicking “Reply” and then “Send”
in your email program
If you did not request, or do not want, a membership in the
HotAdultWebcamGroup01 group, please accept our apologies
and ignore this message.

Resolved Question: Emails sent to my yahoo groups from my account go to spam. How do I stop this? My address is in my contacts.?
All emails sent to my lists go to the recipients email accounts as spam, which means a lot of my posts are missed. This only started happening when yahoo was upgraded a few months back. My email account is listed in my contacts and that hasn’t made a difference.
