Open Question: How do I stop spammers in my outlook express?

I keep getting spam from a greg23@yahoo.co.uk. It’s the same email, and I’ve tried blocking it, but it’s getting past the block. Can Yahoo do something about it? Getting really fed up with this guy whose name comes up as Steve Jones. Is that enough naming and shaming? I shouldn’t have to spend my day deleting multiple emails from this time waster, what can be done to stop it??
