EVERY time I sign on to read my email there are always two chat requests waiting for me from people I do not know and do not want to know. I have my spam settings so that “only people in my contacts list can send me a chat” but apparently they have figured out a way around that! I also have my chat preference listed as “invisible” but i continue to get the requests each time I sign in to my mail. This is getting VERY irritating and I’m about ready to scream! Can anyone help me? I’ve emailed yahoo over a week ago and they only thing I received from them was a letter saying they were backed up and someone would answer my question soon. That hasn’t happened and this problem is very annoying! Thanks for any suggestions you can offer!
Just to reiterate, I HAVE ALREADY GONE TO THE OPTIONS/SPAM AREA AND BLOCKED ANYONE WHO IS NOT ON MY CONTACTS LIST. THESE REQUESTS ARE STILL SHOWING UP.
