Resolved Question: How do you get rid of some email spammers?

I know there might not be a way but I was thinking maybe for this there is. About a year ago I typed my email account on at least 2 web sites which would show you the people who have blocked you on MSN and whatever. Putting your email meant that these websites would keep on sending you spam. Something I didn’t know then. I STILL keep on getting their spam! Is there a way to stop them, I don’t want to change my email just for that.
