I am a student who sells my books over Half.com and I recently encountered a problem. I sold a Health book to a user and they claimed that they received the wrong item. I know what I shipped was the book, and I am tired of this kind of thing happening to me. Something like this had happened to me 2 twice before, the first time was the person claiming that the book was in worse condition that i claimed, so i gave them a 15% discount, the second time the person said they never received the book, but I lost the receipt, so I have no way of claiming that I shipped it (that was my fault), and now a person is saying they got the wrong item. Im wondering what I should do in this case, any advice would help please, because I really don’t want to refund the $53 for the book and not get my book back at the same time. That is like loosing $106.
